Cold
Mega-Temp™ Does NOT Freeze
Tests show that one may expose Mega-Temp™ Insulation to sub-zero temperatures and it does NOT freeze and instead continues to remain flexive!
No Frozen Pipes in Extreme Winter Conditions
In fact, Mega-Temp™ shows no deteriorating effects down to -195.58 C [-320 F] - which is the temperature of Liquid Nitrogen.

Perfect for Aircraft of Any Size
An aircraft flying at 30,000 feet altitude would be exposed to a temperature of -54 C [-65 F] yet the interior surface of the cabin when treated with Mega-Temp™, would be approximately 15 C [60 F] or about 125 F variation!
When properly treated with Mega-Temp™, each aircraft's range can be expected to increase 10% - 20% due to weight savings from removal of the existing fiberglass insulation and associated bracketry as well as a definite reduction in "bleed air" consumption from the engines typically needed to keep the passenger cabin warm during flight.

Heat
Heat is Not a Problem
Factories located in desert regions of the country can now contain the heat generated by their equipment [machinery, generators, etc.] as well as radiation from the sun.
Computer and defense companies operating clean rooms can easily moderate the temperatures therein by installing Mega-Temp™ Insulation.
Foundries which generate tremendous amounts of heat can reduce the amount of ambient heat by coating the interior walls and ceilings with this product. This will provide for more comfortable and productive and alert employees.
Mega-Temp™ converts kinetic thermal energy to potential energy at such a fast rate such that thermal energies released by various equipment or environment is easily aborbed by the material.

Acoustic
Acoustic Control - from Sound Booths to Submarines
Sound booths, recording studios, theatres, and the like, which need noise control second to none, should use Mega-Temp™ Insulation forthwith. By sound absorption and transmission loss noises are reduced to a comfortable level.
Military applications such as submarines can greatly benefit through the efficiencies inherent in this technology as well as the fact that it can be applied everywhere; its thinness is a great asset to both designers as well as fabrication personnel.
Mega-Temp™ Insulation converts acoustic energy into potential energy at a faster rate than other insulation, thus, noises are decreased.

Anti-Acid
Inert to Acids
Mega-Temp™ Insulation is inert to Hydrochloric, Nitric and Sulphuric Acids.
In situations where the possibility of detrimental contacts exist, coating with this technology may be the answer to negating damage to structures. An engine area so insulated would not be damaged with battery acid if there was a leak. Where electronics are present, Mega-Temp™ would be the ideal barrier to leaking battery damage.
Electrical wires coated with Mega-Temp™ would be inert to acidic environments found in some manufacturing processes.
Condensation
Condensation Under Control
Mega-Temp™ Insulation has vapor barrier properties in the vicinity of 0.05 perms which allows it to be used for condensation control. In aircraft use where 'cold soaking' is a problem, it is very effective at stopping condensation from occurring. Mega-Temp™'s superior thermal barrier membrane acts as a shield between the outside chill [approximately -55C [-67F] and that of the interior of the aircraft. Mega-Temp™ will not freeze [and will continue insulating] at any arctic temperatures as well!
